Investing Bio

Growing up I was always involved in Real Estate. I watched my father at a young age buy and sell distressed properties. Right out of High School, and while I was attending Stonybrook University, I received my Real Estate License.

I began my real estate career in Westchester NY.  There I worked very closely with my father learning the real estate language. I worked with him on Short Sales, Foreclosures, Listing Homes, Buying Homes, and most important Analyzing deals.

We would travel to seminars were I would truly get an education on analyzing properties and what makes a good deal. I always knew that I wanted to become a real estate investor. Watching my father flip homes was a very excitting experience for me.

Few years ago my dream came true. I bought my first REO property and I haven't stopped since. When I first started out I was flipping a home every 90 days. I have grown my investing business to Four homes a month. I take great pride in my Real Estate career.

The greatest reward from my investment education and path is applying it to help my clients buy and sell their personal homes. I help my buyers find a great deal for their family in this market. I also have great strategies to get my clients home sold in a very short period of time and with very competitive commission rates!!!!
